Jacob Hoopingarner Named President of Ashland University Interfraternity Council
Jacob Hoopingarner, an exercise science major at Ashland University, is now president of the Interfraternity Council (IFC).
The IFC governs all chartered fraternities to maintain the integrity of scholastic, social and cultural environments which work to benefit men and the general student body.
Hoopingarner is the son of Michael and Carla Hoopingarner of Strongsville and is a 2009 graduate of Strongsville High School.
