11 Homes in Foreclosure Going to Sheriff's Sale in January

Houses valued up to $275,000 are going on the auction block this month

 

 

Eleven homes in foreclosure will be auctioned at sheriff's sales in January, according to the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's website.

In December, eight properties were sold at auction, eight were withdrawn by the court and one received no bids.

January's homes range in value from $50,000 for a Jacque Road property to $275,000 for a newer house on Coopers Run. Four of the 11 are valued at more than $200,000 this month.

All are described as single-family dwellings with two- or three-car garages.
