Attempted Arson, 10 Counts of Forging IDs and More: Fugitives of the Week

Cortina T. Taylor, 25, is wanted for charges that include 10 counts of forging IDs and three counts of theft. This is for three separate cases, and she was put on probation in 2008 for similar charges. She’s been wanted since 2011 and has committed additional offenses in that time. Cortina T. Taylor, 25, is wanted for charges that include 10 counts of forging IDs and three counts of theft. This is for three separate cases, and she was put on probation in 2008 for similar charges. She’s been wanted since 2011 and has committed additional offenses in that time. She’s about 5’3” and 210 pounds.
Keyanna V. Shepherd, 22, is wanted for charges including falsification, robbery and contributing to delinquency. Police say she was stealing items from Saks Fifth Avenue with a minor when she was stopped by an employee. She then fought with that employee, harming him or her, and then gave a false identity to the police. She is about 5’0” and 150 pounds.
Tony L. Rice Jr., 41, is wanted for charges including attempted aggravated arson after he tried to set a woman’s car on fire. He is about 5’5” and 170 pounds.
Scott A. Chike, 30, is wanted for charges including aggravated burglary, kidnapping and felonious assault after breaking into a woman’s home and assaulting her.  He is about 5’9” and 220 pounds.
