D.A.R.E. Halloween Dances Set for Middle, Elementary School Kids

Parents are needed to chaperone, decorate, clean up, bake

The Strongsville Police D.A.R.E. Program will sponsor its annual Halloween Dances for students.

The dance for seventh- and eighth-graders will be Friday, Oct. 5 from 6:30 to 10 p.m.

Parents willing to chaperone, decorate or help clean up are asked to call Marie at 440-580-3257.

For fifth- and sixth-graders, the dance will be 6 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19.

Both will take place at Michaud's Towne 'n Country, 16808 Pearl Rd. They are open to Strongsville students only.

Tickets for both will be sold at the schools. No tickets will be sold at the door.

The popular dances typically sell out. They are designed as safet events that help promote the D.A.R.E. program.
