Dovilla to Honor Schools for 'Excellent' Rating
State representative will present award at Friday's football game
State Rep. Mike Dovilla will recognize the Strongsville School District for its "Excellent" rating by the Ohio Department of Eduction.
Dovilla will also honor Chapman Elementary School, Drake Elementary School, Muraski Elementary School, Whitney Elementary School, Albion Middle School, Center Middle School and Strongsville High School for their individual "Excellent" rankings.
The Strongsville district has gotten the rating for 10 years in a row.
Dovilla will present the recognition to Superintendent Jeff Lampert and school board members at Friday night's football game against Mentor.
The presentation will take place at 6:45 p.m. Oct. 21, before kickoff, at Pat Catan Stadium, 20025 Lunn Rd.
