Former Bank Site Gets New Tenant
Vacancy left when First Federal of Lakewood moved will be filled
The former First Federal of Lakewood spot on Pearl Road will be filled by a credit union.
Century Federal Credit Union will take over the storefront at 14244 Pearl Rd., vacated when First Federal built a new plaza across the street.
Dunkin' Donuts and Malley's are also in the new First Federal strip.
Century Federal has 26,000 members in the Cleveland area, according to a news release. Strongsville will be its seventh branch.
“We are very excited to be part of the Strongsville business community. Our pledge is to not only serve those businesses and their employees but exceed their expectations with quality products and an extremely high level of member service," Ron Hongosh, vice president of lending, said in the release.
Strongsville Economic Development Director Brent Painter said the credit union is planning to be open by September.
