Cuyahoga Community College’s (Tri-C®) Brunswick University Center has received approval from the Higher Learning Commission to offer full associate degrees and certificates effective this semester, which began Sept. 10.
Students will be able to earn an Associate of Arts, Associate of Science, Associate of Applied Business or Associate of Applied Science in the areas of hospitality management, liberal arts and sciences, business administration and management, and accounting.
Certificates will be offered in fire protection and safety through the College’s Fire Academy as well as in truck driving, where students can earn their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
The Brunswick University Center, which opened in January 2011, has established university partnerships with Cleveland State University, Tiffin University and Franklin University.
Nearly 1,100 students are enrolled this fall at the Brunswick University Center, an increase of more than 30 percent from last year.
