Harvest Festival is Sept. 29-30

Annual event at Historic Village has fun for the whole family

 

The Strongsville Historical Society's annual Harvest Festival will offer old-fashioned fun Sept. 29 and 30 at the Historic Village, 13305 Pearl Rd.

The event runs 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and $15 for a family.

Activities will include the ever-popular Cow Pie Lottery, a classic car display, farm animals, old-time craft demos, quilt raffle, model railroad display, entertainment, food booth and farmers' market. Children’s hands-on crafts will be available between 1 and 4 p.m. 

There will also be a pig roast at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29 in the Village. On Sunday, a chicken dinner is served from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Strongsville United Methodist Church, 13500 Royalton Rd. Buy tickets for the dinner at the Historic Village or call 440-572-0057.
