If you’re looking to put your home on the market soon — or you just want to know how much that house down the street sold for — take a look through our searchable database of the most recent property transfers in Cuyahoga County.
In January 2013, there were 90 transfers in Strongsville, and about 3,800 across Cuyahoga County.
The information in the database was provided by the Cuyahoga County Fiscal office. You can search by city, zip code or street address. For the address, just type in the name of the street — you don’t have to include the suffix, direction or street number.
Thanks. We'll email you the next time we update this story.

The Strongsville real estate market has moved more towards a balanced real estate market over the past year. Comparing this past December-February to the same time the year before, we've seen a 30% decrease in homes for sale, over 21% more pending sales and an 18.5% increase in completed transactions! Homes have been selling 15% quicker (140 days vs 165 days), as well. That means there is high buyer demand and less homes available to meet that demand, reducing time on the market, while potentially pushing up sales prices. That makes it an excellent time to consider making a move, especially if a selling a home is part of the equation.
