A new section of the Westwood Farms subdivision that was proposed in 2008 is moving again.

Developers have resubmitted plans to build 20 new homes in Phase 16 of the subdivision, according to Planning Secretary Carol Oprea.

The new development is to be called Andrus Woods.

City Council will introduce legislation Monday accepting the new plat -- it will supersede one approved in 2008 -- for the development and dedicating streets there. Plans show the new streets are named Saddlewood Lane and Benwood Lane.

Oprea said there is still more vacant land in Westwood Farms, but that will remain a common area for the time being.
