Will he speak about restoring the city income tax reciprocity back to 100% from 75% or will he cry that more money is needed to pay for 1) a double dipping newly created "Public Safety Director" position when the new Chief of Police and new Fire Chief are doing just fine and 2) more money is needed for more I-71 signs??? Funny how his "friends" or is it cronies all live and work within the city so they are not affected by the lessened reciprocity, just us peons.
