A resale shop for brand-name women's clothing and accessories has opened in Strongsville Towne Center.

Clothes Mentor, 15143 Pearl Rd., has designer and brand-name purses and shoes for resale, as well as gently used clothing items that were sold in retail stores one to two years ago.

Randi Zeid, who owns the franchise with her parents and brother, said she chose Strongsville for a location because so many women from this area were visiting her North Olmsted store.

"They were coming all the way from Strongsville and Medina," Zeid said. "Everyone kept telling us we needed to open here."

The store opened for business in August, but began buying items to stock its shelves six weeks earlier.

It carries designer and better mall brands from the last year or two, and specializes in designer handbags.

The business pays cash for your clothing and accessories.

In addition to the store at 25373 Lorain Rd. in North Olmsted, the family has opened a store on Mayfield Road in Mayfield Heights.
