Wine Bar -- An as-yet-unnamed wine bar and small-plate restaurant is expected to open this spring on Pearl Road.
Howe Road -- A company called Craft Brew Inc. purchased the site of a proposed daycare center next to SouthPark Mall and said it would build a restaurant with outdoor patio.
Other Businesses
Architectural Justice -- The Medina-based company is renovating an old gas station on Pearl Road for a home design showroom with small indoor and outdoor eating areas.
Dynamic Fitness -- A small fitness company has turned the former Ethan Allen store at SouthPark Mall into an upscale, full-service gym. It opens Jan. 2.
Sheetz -- The company wants to erect a gas station and car wash at Whitney and Pearl.

This is exactly what I have been saying about Strongsville businesses...out of all that they listed new, 98% are all garbage! I mean come on...more yuppy waste of space stores/businesses, home design showroom with eateries..really? Wine bar with small plate restraurant, gymnastics, let's not forget politically correct, EPA lover's delight Earth Fare..expensive and can get organic in Giant Eagle....such a waste of space, Strongsville never has been city for good shopping or fun places to do things and friendly on the pocket places! I predict most will not last two year's here!
