1. Accidental call leads to investigation -- A man inadvertently calls North Royalton police when he sat on his phone, and what dispatchers heard prompted an investigation.
2. Reward offered in fire cases -- The police and fire departments are offering a reward up to $7,000 for information leading to catching the culprits who started fires on Collier Drive and Priem Road July 27.
3. Strongville man invents app -- An iPhone/iPad application invented by a Strongsville High School grad goes global.
4. Plans moving at Whitney-Pearl -- Developers are asking the city to rezone parcels to allow a Sheetz gas station and O'Charley's restaurant to build here.
5. Armed robbery -- A man with a knife threatens to kill an employee at La Chateau unless she hands over cash.
