This house should be price $10,000 - $20,000 less, it is in no better condition than the ones on Delaware, Niagara and others in the neighborhood. The exterior has lots of problems too.

There aren't a lot of single family homes for sale in Strongsville in that price range. As of this morning, there are only 3 homes in the MLS, including this one, under a $100,000 list price. At that price, one could expect some work needed and some negotiability in price, based on the condition and comparable home sales.

I have to agree Roseanne-a realtor can spin it any way they want but this is WAY OVERPRICED & needs lots of work/total refurbishment, especially on the outside-plus it's on a busy main road which will be a tough sell.

I'm sure there would be some flexibility in price...Homes in Strongsville that sold on Royalton Rd over the past year or so ranged from $71,500 (foreclosure) to $145,000 (a home in much better condition). The other sale on Royalton Rd sold for $120,000, which was also in superior condition.

Yes, come to the city that does not supposrt its school system or education!!!! BUT , wait and give it a few months because when the school system tanks because the board of eduaction will not negotiate, you can probably get this same house for $50,000, but it wont be much of an investment. Cant wait too see the neighbors faces when the new home owners move in!!!

Oh Lord, will the union trolls not leave anything alone?! Go back to your underground bunkers & stay warm till strike duty calls. YOU are the reason this city is in a shambles currently-but we will prevail & perservere, hopefully without all the bad teachers that have been "outed" during this strike. You are all grasping at straws because you know you screwed up & the little support you had is waning quickly. Start polishing up those resumes!
