All five lanes on Pearl Road reopened last Tuesday, nearly a week after a water main break buckled the pavement.
Only one northbound lane had been open since the break, which occurred early April 25.
The incident closed schools that day caused gridlock on Royalton Road and other streets for days.
Cleveland's Division of Water will pay the tab for replacing the 30-inch pipe and fixing the road.
