Strongsville Delegate Reports from Republican National Convention
Here's what's going on right now in Tampa -- including a tornado warning
UPDATE: Nancy Suhadolnik sent a text at 1:40 p.m. Eastern time saying the delagates had just been told to take shelter because of a tornado warning.
"Always exciting!" she wrote.

Nancy Suhadolnik of Strongsville, a delegate to the Republican National Convention, said the threat of Hurricane Isaac canceled sessions this morning, but she and other Ohio delegates nonetheless had breakfast with Josh Romney, son of candidate Mitt Romney, and is listening to a speech by Newt Gingrich this afternoon.
Gingrich spoke about the Romney-Paul Ryan energy plan and how vital it would be for Ohio.
Also speaking to the Ohio group today were Sen. Rob Portman and U.S. Rep. Pat Tiberi.
It's cloudy and raining a little in Tampa, Suhadolnik said. After watching the Weather Channel, she almost didn't make the trip, but is glad she did.
Suhadolnik has agreed to share reports from the convention with Strongsville Patch. Check back for updates.
