Mayor Tom Perciak cut the ribbon at Sweet Kiddles, a new childcare center at    Pearl Rd. on Saturday.

More than 100 people were on hand for the ceremony.

The business will offer flexible hours and drop-in babysitting, including evenings and weekends.
