An officer on patrol discovered about 3:45 a.m. Nov. 22 someone had taken out a whole section of white fence near the corner of Albion Road and Tanbark Lane.

Officers tried to follow the muddy tracks and checked the area for a car with heavy front end damage.

A Cleveland man answered the door and admitted he had been driving the Nissan.
