Harper is a 3-year-old super sweet and adorable Russian Blue female cat with big, beautiful eyes.
Harper likes to meet everyone who stops by her cage and doesn’t really understand why she has to be in a cage at all. She would much rather be out and about in her own home where she can feel safe and relaxed enough to be herself.
