Teen's Unique Way of Asking Girl to Prom Gets Police Involved
The following information was provided by the Strongsville police department
Police were called to Rudy Drive about 11:30 p.m. April 3 after a resident spotted four teens looking in the windows.
The resident has a 17-year-old daughter, but told officers she was asleep.
Police located two boys and two girls, who admitted to knocking on windows because one of the boys wanted to ask the 17-year-old to the Strongsville High School prom.
(In case you don't have teenagers, kids are no longer asking dates to prom with a phone call -- they're coming up with creative ways to pop the question).
They were advised it wasn't the smartest way to go about it. They agreed to leave.
Oh, and the girl said yes, the report said.
