Strongsville Historical Society will hold their general meeting on February 26, 2013 in the Old Town Hall at 7pm. This meeting is the annual Strongsville Founder’s Day with the program titled “The Early Roads in Strongsville”. Do you know which road existed in Strongsville before the settlers arrived? Now is your chance to visit the newly restored Strongsville Old Town Hall. It was originally built in 1879 and is the oldest wooden structure in Cuyahoga County. This informative program will enlighten and delight you as you travel on the time line. Refreshments will be served. Call 440-572-0057 for further information.

More About Strongsville Historical Society
The Strongsville Historical Society was established to preserve Strongsville's historical landmarks. The organization owns and operates the Strongsville Historical Village, a re-created village made up of original buildings that were brought to the site. The buildings were built between 1822 and 1904.
Guided tours are offered for groups from the spring through the fall on certain days of the week. The price for adults is $5; for seniors, $4; and children, $2. Membership in the society is also available. The details can be found on the group's website. Board meetings are held every month in the Lathrop House in the village.
