Northern Classical Ballet, a non-profit local ballet company, presents its fourth annual production of The Nutcracker on Saturday, Dec 8th, at 2pm and 7pm. This heartwarming Christmas tradition is performed by 78 local children, ages six to 17, and professional dancers local to the area. Artistic Director Rachel Holden beautifully transforms Clara’s magical journey through the land of snow, sweets, and more with beautiful costuming and special lighting which will mesmerize children of all ages.
The ATB Dance Company Booster Club will host a special Pre-Party event at noon and 5pm before each show which will delight any little girl as she is treated to a Clara makeover complete with nails, hair style and bow. Also included is a holiday craft, decorate a stocking, and special meet and greet with lead characters from The Nutcracker. Join us at Strongsville High School for this classic holiday tradition. More About Strongsville High School
Strongsville High School, home of the Mustangs, is an "Ohio School of Excellence." Known for outstanding academics and sports, it also boasts an award-winning music program. The Marching Mustangs have appeared in a number of prestigious events, including the Orange Bowl Parade and Tournament of Roses Parade. The school's football field, the 5,200 seat Pat Catan Stadium, was built in 2002 using private funding. Bill Steffen is acting principal.
