2 Authors to Visit Strongsville Library

Both slated to speak in early March

 

The Strongsville Branch Library will welcome two local authors in March:

Saturday, March 2 -- Cinda Williams Chima will visit at 3:45 p.m. to talk about her work, answer questions from the audience and sign books that will be on sale at the event.

Prior to  her visit, the library will host a book discussion at 3 p.m. of Cinda’s latest book, The Crimson Crown, part of the popular  Seven Realms series. 

Both teens and adults are welcome to pick up a copy of the book at the library and participate in the discussion and author event. Books will be available for purchase and signing courtesy of the Friends of Strongsville Branch Library and Mac’s Backs -  Books on Coventry.

Monday, March 4 -- Strongsville author Jeannine Garsee will visit the library at 7 p.m. to present “Discover Your Passion: a writing workshop for teens.” 

Jeannine will  discuss ways to delve deep into your imagination and how to jump-start your stories, plus share her own journey toward publication. Open to teens in grades 6-12.  

Jeannine is the author of three novels for young adults: The Unquiet; Say the Word; and Before, After, and Somebody in Between. Copies of her books will be given away as door prizes at the program.
