Strongsville Rotary's third annual event offers 'A Taste in Strongsville'

The Rotary Club of Strongsville will host its Third Annual Savor the Flavor - A Taste in Strongville on Sunday, Oct. 14 from 4-7 p.m. at the .

The charity event, which will benefit area food banks and other Rotary projects, offers an opportunity to sample food from some of finest restaurants in and around Strongsville.

Last year’s event raised $5,000.

Along with food stations from more than 20 area restaurants, the event will feature a blind wine pull/raffle and a wine sampling featuring selections from around the world. A silent auction will be held and a cash bar will be available. Attendees will each receive an exclusive collectors wine gas.

Tickets are $50 per person, or a table of 10 for $500. Discounted tables of 10 will be available for $450 until Sept. 15. Tickets can be ordered online at www.tasteofstrongsville.com. The 2010 and 2011 events sold out.

The event will be held at the Holiday Inn Strongsville, 15471 Royalton Road, 44136.
