“We view ourselves not just as a fitness studio but a community of like-minded people,” Marisa said. “Our mission is to provide the best variety of options with the personal attention each client needs so that every client feels confident they can accomplish their goals.”

Pure's unique Pilates system on the Reformer allows for different exercises to be modified for all fitness levels. Springs, leverage, and body weight are used as resistance while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups.

Recently receiving certification as a Core Ballet BarreTM instructor, Marisa expects these class offerings to set the studio apart from others. Core Ballet Barre combines high energy, low impact, and fat burning exercises based on elements of Pilates, ballet and athletic conditioning centered around a ballet barre.

Additional services Pure offers are yoga, one-on-one personal training, and group training. The studio also offers childcare for clients during the peak morning and evening hours.

Also a raw vegan chef, Marisa expects to expand the studio's services by offering prepared foods to-go beginning in 2013, lectures on educating clients and guests on the importance of a plant-based raw foods diet, and demonstration and hands-on food preparation classes.

Pure Health & Fitness is open seven days a week. For more information about Pure Health and Fitness, visit www.purehf.com, call 440-878-0000, or stop by for a visit.
