Say Hi to This Cutie

Gretal is waiting for a home at the Berea Animal Shelter

Meet Gretal! Currently in search of a forever home, this sweet young shepherd mix is charming her way into everyone’s heart at the Berea Animal Shelter. She is playful, affectionate, and she loves everyone – adults, kids, and other dogs too.

Gretal will happily go for walks or chase a ball, but she’s happiest just hanging out with people.  Still a young dog, Gretal is learning all of her proper doggie manners and would excel in a puppy training class.

How does such a wonderful dog end up looking for a new home?  Well, she must have an adventurous side because she was found running as a stray.  So she came to ARF in hopes that her family would find her.  Unfortunately, that was not meant to be, so Gretal is now looking for that forever family who will give her love and keep her safe.  She would love to share her new home with a canine playmate or two.   In return, this loving girl promises to provide all of the companionship and loyalty you could ever ask for in a dog.
