FREE Memory Screening

Are you concerned about memory loss? Want to find out how your memory is now and for future comparison? Join Southwest General on National Memory Screening Day for a FREE, confidential memory screening and information about successful aging. The screening will be held at Royal Oak Nursing & Rehab Center. Individuals can register by calling 440-816-4065. The screening takes 15-20 minutes. Memory screenings are a first step toward proper diagnosis and treatment, and the care you might need. National Memory Screening Day is an initiative of the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
