All Fitness Levels Welcome | Class Length: Between 50-55 Minutes

Join the ranks of celebrities striving for that classic dancers body! Using the barre as an apparatus to perform small isometric Pilates movements, Pilates Barre is the safest, no-impact way to achieve results! The session starts with light weights and easy movements to increase the heart rate, warm up the muscles, and bring mobility to the spine. The barre workout sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged by using isolated movements to target the thighs, buttocks, abdominals, and even arms while improving coordination and balance. This total body workout serves to promote stability, strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom, from inside out. Bare feet or Pilates socks are appropriate footwear.
