Southwest General will offer free, confidential memory screenings to the public on Tuesday, Nov. 15 in conjunction with National Memory Screening Day.
The screenings will take place at LifeWorks of Southwest General, 7390 Old Oak Blvd. in Middleburg Heights, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, visitwww.nationalmemoryscreening.org or call 440-816-4065.
Qualified health care professionals will administer a face-to-face memory screening, which takes five to 10 minutes and consists of questions and/or tasks designed to test memory, language skills and other intellectual functions.
