George Grozan for School Board

In my opinion, George Grozan is the best candidate for the Strongsville Board of Education. 

Small Business Owner - George started, runs and owns a successful small business, after earning a degree in Business Administration at Kent State.  He has grown his business into a very successful commercial service company.  He will use his business experience to maximize taxpayers’ investments in education by challenging costs and processes.  As is true of all small business owners today, their focus is always on getting more for less.  His knowledge of the construction industry is invaluable to the success of our new middle school and high school renovations.

Proven Commitment - George is the only one of the three new candidates who has proven his commitment to the making our schools and community better by volunteering his time and know-how to school committees.   He has worked diligently on the Facilities Task Force, the Bond Committee and currently serves on the Facilities Core Committee.  His participation is not as an insider, but as a watchdog for our children’s education and the taxpayers of Strongsville.  It was George who raised awareness to the BOE that the Allen school property was not being properly maintained.   It was George who volunteered to review the energy savings plans for the new middle school to ensure we were not planning to overpay for green initiatives that were not cost-beneficial.

Children in Strongsville Schools - Finally, and I think the most important reason George is the best candidate for the job, is that he is the only candidate who has children that attend school in the Strongsville School District.  His reason for wanting this position is based on his love and commitment to his family.  Every decision he makes will be based on what is best not only for his children and their classmates, but all the children of Strongsville.  That is the best incentive I know for doing the best you can do.

George Grozan is a taxpayer, a small business owner, a committed member of our community and a parent with children in Strongsville schools.  Please vote for George Grozan for Strongsville Board of Education.
