Police called the Service Department to erect cones so passing motorists -- and especially the postal carrier -- wouldn't hit the hole.
The 3-by-3-foot culvert grate was valued at $150 to $200.
Teen Sleeping by Pool
An employee at Towers at Falling Water found an 18-year-old sleeping in the pool house -- again -- on Feb. 11.
It's the second time he's found the teen in there.
When police arrived, the sleeper had fled, awakened by someone going into the exercise room.
Suspicious Person
A dad dropping off his child on Beechwood Lane saw a man walk out from the side of the house, continue toward Drake and go into a deli.
He then walked back to Beechwood. The man was in his 40s, wearing jeans and a tan jacket.
The dad asked police to check the neighborhood.
Tax Fraud
A Tradewinds Drive man got a call from the IRS about his 2012 return, but he told police he hasn't filed it yet.
A report said it appears someone had used his information to file a tax return.
No refund had been sent yet, according to the IRS.
