Fugitive Accused Of Shooting Four People After Being Thrown Out Of A Club

Mario Burks is the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force's fugitive of the week

 

The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information that leads to the capture of fugitive Mario Burks, who is accused of shooting four people after he was thrown out of a Cleveland club.

Burks is wanted by the U.S. Marshals and the Cleveland Division of Police. He is charged with four counts of felonious assault with a firearm.

It is alleged that on October 20, 2012, Burks was thrown out of Zulu’s Motorcycle Club House and Cabaret at 1156 E. 71st St. in Cleveland. After Burks was thrown out, he returned to Zulu’s with a firearm and shot into the building, hitting four people.

Burks is a 29-year-old black man standing approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Burks is believed to be hiding somewhere in Cleveland. He also has a previous address near the 1300 block of E. 45th St. in Cleveland.
