A Strongsville woman was charged with child endangering after allegedly leaving three children in a locked car at May 31.

A passerby reported the situation to police about 6 p.m. An officer said he found three children in a locked car with the windows closed. The kids, ages 7 to 10, had been in the vehicle about 20 minutes and were "sweating profusely," the report said.

It was nearly 90 degrees outside and well over 100 degrees inside the car, the report said.
