She went to another unit to call police, but found the door locked when she returned.

The woman said her ex had returned and broken in a second time and locked her out -- she said papers and the bed were in disarray.

But police said it appeared she had simply locked herself out.

Regardless, the ex, who lives in Elyria, was arrested for the initial break-in.

Fight in Progress

Police were called to the parking lot of Slim & Chubby's about 11 p.m. April 21 because about 20 people were allegedly fighting in the parking lot.

Officers called an ambulance for a man with a head laceration who was awake, but had reportedly been unconscious.

One person was arrested.

They delivered the girls to their parents to handle the situation and warned the driver about stopping in traffic.
