Police chased down a suspected drunk driver early Sept. 6 after his car was seen veering all over Royalton Road.
An officer got behind the car as it was getting onto I-71 and stopped it about 12:30 a.m.
The driver wasn't drinking, though -- he was eating. Police warned the man, who was on his way to work, about staying in his lane.
Pants Not Optional
A customer went into about 9:45 p.m. Sept. 5 an said a man had just gotten out of his car and wasn't wearing pants.
He was described as an older white man driving an older white four-door sedan. He left heading east on Royalton Road.
Again, Pants Needed
Four teens were spotted mooning passing motorists on Walnut Creek Drive about 7:30 p.m. Sept. 3
A report said the boys, one wearing bright orange shorts, were last seen walking south.
A man walking through a yard on Kelsey Lane yard sparked some suspicion about 9:30 p.m. Sept. 6.
When a resident asked what he was doing, he answered, "Taking a walk," the left quickly.
Police checked the area, but didn't see the walker.
A man called the city Sept. 6 and said, "I hope you guys like surprises," a report said.
Police traced the number to a Westlake man and went to his house to talk about the call.
However, they found he moved to Neew Jersey six months ago.
