An Arlington Drive family found a disgusting mess Feb. 4, reporting that someone had smeared feces on their front door and urinated on the garage.

It took an intoxicated man three tries -- and a citation -- to get home Feb. 4.

Police were called to Cherry Tree Drive about 6:30 p.m. about a very intoxicated man lying in the apartment driveway.

Police took the man to his apartment at Chestnut Lake.

Officers were called to that apartment building about 7:45 p.m. after someone reported a shoeless man passed out on the first floor. Officers escorted the man back to his second-floor unit.

About 9:30 p.m., someone found him in the hallway slumped over. This time, he was cited and released to the custody of his wife, who had returned home from work and said she'd make sure he stayed in the apartment.

Car Egged

A car parked on the street on Beechwood Lane was egged and keyed the evening of Feb. 3.

The house the woman was visiting has been egged three times in the last month, a report said.

Turfing

A lawn on Temple Drive was turfed the night of Feb. 3.

The tires left about 20 feet of damaged lawn behind.

Big-Time Littering

A motorist reported a woman dumped a large bag of trash from her car onto Whitney Road near Pearl Road about 3:15 p.m. Feb. 4.

Police stopped the woman, who said she had left the trash of the back of the car and it must have fallen off.

Regardless, she said she would check the road and clean up the trash.
