Police Blotter: Officers Intercept Beer; Van Isn't Really Suspicious

The following information was provided by the Strongsville police department

If you see a blue conversion van driving slowly through your neighborhood, it's probably nothing to be alarmed about.

Someone reported the van in the Hunting Meadows area April 6, saying an older man had been driving the van, which had a temporary license tag, around the area for almost two hours.

Police knew right away who it was -- the man is delivering telephone books. He's been in the area a few weeks now.
