The following information was provided by the Strongsville police department

A Strongsville teen apparently went on a turfing spree Saturday night, but he left more than muddy tracks behind -- he left the car, too.

A Greenwich Drive woman woke up Sunday morning to find a car in her yard. It had come within inches of her house, a report said.

A man claiming to be the owner of the car called police about 4:30 a.m. to say his car had slid off the road and would be towed in the morning.

The 19-year-old who was driving the car, who lives on Chevy Chase, could face felony charges of vandalism and criminal damaging if the damage exceeds $1,000, police said.
