Shooting Victim is in Critical Condition Again

Kayla Allen suffered a setback yesterday

The lone survivor of the Cracker Barrel shooting has suffered a setback and is in critical condition again -- a day after her condition had been upgraded to "fair."

Friends and family are asking for prayers for Kayla Allen, 10, on the Kayla Allen Benefit Fund Facebook page.

Details are sketchy, but posts on the page last night and this morning indicate Kayla had emergency surgery yesterday.

Kayla's mother, Kate, and sister, Kerri, 10, were April 12 at the Brooklyn restaurant. 

The moments before the shooting indicates she had told her husband she was leaving him.

Kevin Allen was shot and killed by police as he left the restaurant.

Family members said last week that Kayla was responsive and could communicate by squeezing hands and giving a "thumbs up."

A benefit for her at in Strongsville tonight has sold out.
