A Strongsville man has been charged with distributing and possessing child pornography following an investigation by the FBI.
Patrick Ziska, 22, was indicted by a federal grand jury on two counts, according to Steven M. Dettelbach, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio.
The indictment charges Ziska with distributing images of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and possessing child pornography.
Between Nov. 26, 2008 and Feb. 25, 2009, Ziska allegedly distributed computer video files that contained visual depictions of real minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
The indictment also says that on March 3, 2009, Ziska possessed a computer and computer disks, all containing child pornography.
The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Michael A. Sullivan.
