The following information was provided by the Strongsville police department

A tenant in a Whitney Road apartment was rudely awakened by country music blaring from an upstairs neighbor's unit about 2 a.m. Sept. 6.

The woman told police she pounded on the door, but there was no answer.

There was good reason for that, police found. They noticed the door was unlocked and went inside to see if anyone needed help, but found no one home.
