Strongsville Police Blotter: Man Accused of Taking Video under Women's Skirts
The following information was provided by the Strongsville police department
Police were called to , 17200 Royalton Rd., about 3:30 p.m. Sunday about a man allegedly using his camera phone to videotape under women's skirts.
The man, who appeared to be in his 60s, was gone when police arrived, but officers found him nearby -- and with more than $500 books in his van.
He was charged with receiving stolen property, a felony.

A Colebright Drive resident was cited for a noise disturbance about 3:30 a.m. Sunday -- the fourth time police were at the house that night.
Reports show police warned the resident at 1 a.m. and again at 1:30 a.m. They were then called by neighbors who said there was a truck -- apparently belonging to someone at the party -- parked in their yard.
Each time, the host promised to disband. But at 3:30 a.m., noise could still be heard from the street, a report said.
Rolling Again
A Beechwood Lane house, cars and landscaping were heavily toilet-papered early Sunday morning.
Two houses on Forestwood were also hit.
Fire on Westwood
A kitchen fire on Westwood Drive closed the road for an hour early Saturday morning.
A resident reported flames and smoke shortly after 3 a.m. Westwood was blocked between Olympus Way to Brigadoon Way while firefighters from Strongsville, Middleburg Heights and Berea responded.
The gas was shut off after a leak was found, a report said. No injuries were reported.
Another Road Closed
Prospect Road between Albion and Fair roads was closed early Saturday morning because of a water main break.
A motorist called police about 2 a.m. to say her car had hit the main and suffered a flat tire.
Police called out the Service Department to block the road and Cleveland's water department to handle the break.
