Strongsville Police Blotter: Woman High on Bath Salts Fears Someone will 'Get Her'

The following information was provided by the Strongsville police department

Police were called to a Pearl Road motel several times last week for bizarre behavior from a woman staying at Adrian Kitchenettes.

In one instance about 6:30 p.m. June 23, officers found the woman lying outside the door to her room with a blanket and pillow. Management said the woman refused to go inside, saying "they would get her."

The woman's boyfriend said she had been doing bath salts -- so-called "fake cocaine."

The product is marketed as bath salts, but actually consists of chemically treated crystals that, when snorted, produce a high.
