Trick or Treat will be 6-8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 31 in Strongsville.
"When you're driving through out subdivisions that night, please slow down," Mayor Tom Perciak said.
Police Chief Charles Goss said the department will "saturate the subdivisions" with officers that night, but urged drivers to refrain from texting and other risky behavior behind the wheel.
