Here are some of the weirdest police reports and incidents from departments across the region

Here are this week's most bizarre police calls. All information was provided by police reports from departments in Patch communities. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Not quite an emergency

The police offers who responded to the calls said the woman was drunk and combative when they arrived.

They asked her to only call 911 for emergencies and a roommate agreed to look after the woman that evening.

The woman ultimately decided not to file a police report.

All unhappy families are unhappy in their own way

A 16-year-old Westlake boy and his 38-year-old father were both arrested for domestic violence on March 18 after a fight between the two just before midnight.

The father stated he was upset over the boy’s idleness and by a pornographic picture the son had emailed him.

The son said his father was in a bad mood which got worse when dad found a mess in the refrigerator.

Returning to the scene of the crime

A vigilant neighbor and her housekeeper spotted the same man break into their neighbor's home twice in a span of just a few weeks, Shaker Heights Police said.

Gordon Bradley, 48, of Cleveland, was spotted by a housekeeper trying to break into a home on the 2800 block of West Park on Feb. 20. She alerted her employer, who called police. Police found Bradley inside the home and arrested him.

Then on Saturday, March 30, the homeowner saw the same man, trying to break into the same home, and called police. They again arrested Bradley.

He was charged both times with burglary, a felony.
