Mayor Tom Perciak will deliver his annual State of the City speech at 11:45 a.m. March 22 at the , 18100 Royalton Rd. The public is invited.
He will repeat the address at 7 p.m. March 22 at 18825 Royalton Rd., for residents who want to hear it in person but cannot attend the daytime talk.
The speech will be recorded and aired several times on cable TV on the Government Channel.

The mayor isn't giving many hints about what the speech will cover, but it is expected to include an overview of business growth in the city over the last year.
The 11:45 a.m. speech will be part of a Strongsville Chamber of Commerce luncheon, but additional chairs will be set up for those who want to hear the address but are not Chamber members.
