Memorial Day Parade is Monday in Strongsville
VFW Post 3345 will sponsor annual ceremony May 27
The annual Memorial Day Parade, sponsored by VFW Post 3345, will step off at 11 a.m. Monday, May 27 from St. Joseph Church, 12700 Pearl Rd.
The parade will travel down Pearl Road to the Strongsville Cemetery and end at Freedom Trail, located near the Strongsville Branch Library and Ehrnfelt Recreation Center.

A short ceremony will take place in the Freedom Trail gazebo.
City Hall and the rec center will be closed on Monday for the holiday.

There will be no trash pickup on Monday. Residents with Monday collection should have their refuse on the curb Tuesday.
The Strongsville Branch Library will be closed Saturday through Monday for the holiday and will reopen on Tuesday, May 28.
