School bond issue -- The fate of Issue 116 won't be known until provisional ballots are counted. As of now, the issue appears to have passed by a very small margin.

New store -- The convenience store inside the BP station at Howe and Royalton roads has become a 7-Eleven.

Other election news -- Two city levies and a rezoning were approved at the polls on Tuesday, and two incumbents held their seats, although the margin for one is slim enough to be affected by provisional votes.
