Teachers strike finishes fourth week -- An 11-hour negotiating session between the Strongsville Education Association and school district officials resulted in no progress toward a contract settlement that would end the strike.

Students slowly leaving district; SEA releases strike costs -- Since the strike began, 19 students have withdrawn from school but are not moving out of town. The teachers' union this week also released figures and invoices showing how much the strike is costing in security fees and substitute teacher wages.
